This transformative program empowers underrepresented community college students to explore and thrive in the medtech ecosystem. Over eight weekend sessions, participants delve into career panels, technology showcases, and innovation workshops. Working closely with health practitioners and tech companies, students engage in hands-on projects that deepen their understanding of disease states, market analysis, and technology development. The experience culminates in a presentation of their novel ideas, supported by targeted sessions that foster an empowered mindset applicable across their professional journeys.
