My founders and I care about diversity in the healthtech ecosystem, but as a small startup we don’t have the time and resources to commit to it. What can we do?
The DxD Affiliate program is an ideal way to jumpstart your diversity initiatives and leverage a network of resources and expertise to help you lay the foundation to scale as a diverse, inclusive, and equitable organization.
Does affiliate status need to be renewed periodically?
Yes, you will need to renew your company’s affiliate status annually.
What if I need additional spaces for summer interns; mentees; or Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Seminar participants?
With affiliate membership, you are guaranteed a minimum number of spaces in DxD’s signature programs, and you can always add additional spots at-cost.
Our company has more than 500 employees. Can we become an affiliate?
Companies with more than 500 employees are invited to support our mission and shape the future of our healthtech industry as a DxD Sponsor. Your custom-built sponsorship package will give your team access to DxD resources and programs while also serving as a highly visible demonstration of your commitment to diversity in the healthtech ecosystem. Can an individual person become an affiliate?
The affiliate program is designed to empower company-wide diversity and inclusion efforts, and support the pipeline of diverse talent for your organization. If you’re interested in other opportunities to become involved as an individual, please contact us.
