Workforce Management: Culture, policy, procedure and practices
This session addresses culture, policy, procedure and practices that fully embrace a diverse, engaged and optimized workforce. We will discuss how DEIB norms and evolving trends make an organization more competitive when creating products or delivering services.
This is part one of our six-part seminar series, Building a Business of Purpose, which empowers and equips healthtech leaders to fully understand and then operationalize diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. Each 90-minute session will cover an anchor message, supported by lived experiences, and expanded through group discussions. Space is limited to ensure maximum opportunity for meaningful interaction. Each meeting offers well-defined learning objectives, recommended resources, and a call to action (learn, do, teach, tell).
Cost is $499 for the series. DxD Affiliate companies participate for free. Visit https://diversitybydoing.org/deib for details.
